Best Hair System | Service Appointment Policies
Our goal is to provide quality services to all of our clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience our providers and our other clients. Please be aware of our booking policies.
When booking your appointment we require a deposit using a credit or debit card to secure your appointment. Deposit amounts vary depending on the service you are booking. Please refer to the chart below for deposit requirements.

When you book an appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful to our other clients, we ask that you notify us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you cancel your appointment 72 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.
Appointments can be canceled by clicking on the Change/Cancel Appointment button in the confirmation email received at the time of booking. You may also call us toll-free at (855) 788-1188 during our normal operating times to cancel your appointment.
Any deposits received for the appointment will be refunded to the customer if the cancellation is done 72 hours in advance. The refund is processed to the original method of payment and can take up to 3 business days to complete.
Late cancellations forfeit any deposits made for the appointment. A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is canceled less than 72 hours before the appointed time.
Appointments can be rescheduled by clicking on the Change/Cancel Appointment button in the confirmation email received at the time of booking. You may also call us toll-free at (855) 788-1188 during our normal operating times to reschedule your appointment. If an appointment needs to be rescheduled but you do not know when you will be available next, we can hold your deposit and apply it to your next appointment when a date is determined. Appointments must be rescheduled 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
A missed appointment without any notification or cancellations is considered a no-show. A no-show will forfeit any deposits made for that appointment. Multiple cancellations or no-shows may result in a permanent ban from our services.
SERVICES RECEIVED CANNOT BE REFUNDED
Dissatisfaction in-service results must be expressed within 7 days of the service and the client MUST return to the salon for the work/results to be evaluated and inspected to determine if the dissatisfaction is warranted. If a client is unwilling to return to Best Hair System for a review/evaluation then the complaint is considered meritless and nothing else will be done. If a satisfactory service resolution cannot be achieved, a final decision will be made under the discretion of Best Hair System’s management/owner
